In 2018 Peterborough City Council moved to Sand Martin House, a fully refurbished and much extended Victorian railway building that sits alongside the river Nene.

The building is beautiful where we work, absolutely beautiful and that does make a difference

Sand Martin House was the first project to be completed as part of the Fletton Quays development plan to transform 20 acres of brownfield sites, derelict land and vacant buildings into a prime riverfront development.

 

 

The modern open plan offices are well equipped for agile working, with spacious desks, large screens, docking stations and lockers. There are a plethora of meeting spaces to chose from including electronically bookable meeting rooms and sound proof booths for more informal meetings.

 

You’ll be spoilt for choice at lunchtime, there’s an onsite well known bakery and independent coffee shop, a well stocked tuck shop, coffee van and plenty of breakout and kitchen areas if you prefer to bring your own food. If you fancy a change of scenery, Sand Martin House is just a short walk from the cafes and shops of Peterborough City Centre.
