Service Managers

Peterborough City Council has three Service Managers within Children’s Services. Service managers are tasked with ensuring the vision set by Children’s services is delivered operationally. They support the head of service to improve and maintain the quality and performance of their service.

Service managers are responsible for line managing and supporting their team managers and social workers, promoting the values of the organisation at all times.

Our Service managers are at the heart of the operation and have a passion and commitment to the communities and staff they are responsible for.  They have created a team culture with a sense of camaraderie where staff feel included and supported.
